Why Yoga?

Simply said, yoga makes you feel better in body, mind and spirit.

Yoga improves strength, flexibility & stamina.
Through a yoga practice one can connect with his/her breath,
unite body and mind, and stretch, strengthen and balance the body.
Yoga also fosters relaxation, reduces stress
and increases longevity.
